The 10 best coworking spaces in Paris

By Charlotte Deprez Published 29/09/2022

Working from home is the new normal, but it’s not the best option when you want a good work-life balance. On top of that, if you live in Paris, chances are you don’t have a lot of space or have to share it with your housemates or your partner. And that’s precisely why coworking spaces have been developing fast in the past decade!

At Cohabs, we didn’t wait for a pandemic to make working from home easy and comfy! 🥰 That’s right, every single bedroom has a desk and a chair, and most of our houses also have a coworking space!

But, in case you’re currently looking for your next coffee-included workstation, we’ve listed 10 of the best coworking spaces in Paris for you.

1. The coolest: Morning Coworking

Morning Coworking has about 30 (!) coworking spaces in Paris, each one cooler than the other. Their République-Dieu coworking space for example is nestled in an eight-story Art Deco style building.

The location is actually quite amazing, right between the Canal Saint-Martin and République. The atmosphere in the coworking is welcoming, with a decor that is both cozy and laid back. But the best part of this place might be the “attic” where you can organize events with a breathtaking view of Paris!

Renting options: memberships from 300€/workstation per month

2. The most confidential: Mozaik Coworking

This more confidential coworking brand has three locations in the 9th district. They are organized in open spaces as well as private offices, but with a certain standing.

Some will appreciate the space on the top floor of Chaussée d’Antin with its views over the rooftops of Paris, while lovers of high ceilings will turn to the more refined universe of the rue Bleue space and others might prefer the apartment style of La Fayette. Just note that chicer than other spaces, Mozaïk is also more expensive.

3. The most half and half: Anticafé

This is a more flexible option for people who don’t want to commit to a monthly rent or, as they put it: the flexibility of a café, the equipment of a coworking space, and the comfort of home. The Anticafé spaces are halfway between a coworking space and a tea room. They are ideal for both work and relaxation.

Here, the concept is a bit more original: you don’t pay for your tea/coffee or your snacks, but for the time you spend! You will find everything you need to work: a projector, a printer, a scanner, a high-speed Wifi… and for your breaks: board games and books to pick up from the library!

4. The most peaceful: Greenspace

Greenspace call themselves “the most peaceful workspace in France”. This huge (800 m² spread over three levels) coworking space is divided into atypical spaces, where the 7 m high ceilings and meeting rooms that look like huts let you think that you’re in the open air! And the atmosphere is indeed calm, relaxed and warm.

Renting options: memberships from 300€/workstation per month
Location: 28 Rue du Chemin Vert, 75011 Paris

5. The most caffeinated: Hubsy

These places are definitely for coffee lovers! Hubsy have three “coworking coffees” in Paris and roast their own coffee, served by actual baristas. Just like Anticafé, you only pay for the time you spend there and the drinks and food are included. It will cost you 5 € for the first hour, and 24€ for the day. The good news is that you don’t have to book in advance, and of course, you’ll have access to the Wi-Fi, a printer, and even meeting rooms upon reservation.

Renting options: 5€/hour per person or 24€ for 5 hours or more

6. The most artsy: Le Onzième Lieu

This is for the artists reading us! Le Onzième lieu is, as you may have understood, located in the eleventh district of Paris. It’s a hybrid space, designed for artists and nomadic workers.

The building itself is pretty artsy and impressive (700m²!), and the spacious and bright inside invites you to come and get sh** done. On top of the usual monthly desk rental and meeting rooms, you’ll also find a “makerspace” with machines, a 45m² photo studio, and 3 individual workshops.

Renting options: you can rent each specific space individually.

There’s even a relaxation area, that you’ll need to remove your shoes to access. In a nutshell, it feels like home.
