Today, we’re very excited to present something we have been working on for a while. As we always say, every house is a new chapter of our story and this time it’s not just a new coliving place in Brussels but also a brand new service offering.

The next level of coliving

We are launching a new premium coliving offer adapted to couples and parents looking for larger and more comfortable housing solutions. Because we believe in bringing people together whatever their life situation and giving them an environment designed to create memorable moments.

We’ve kept all the ingredients that have built our success and challenged everything to design something adapted to couples, with or without children.

A new living experience in Brussels

Our new offer starts with an amazing townhouse located in the trendy district of place du Châtelain in Ixelles, Brussels.

This beautiful 1,200m² townhouse is composed of 19 bedrooms with private bathrooms, large common spaces, a playground for the kids, a coworking space, a gym, a large garden and so much more. What you’ll feel here is the ambiance of a boutique hotel.

A coliving offer suited to couples and parents

We’ve redesigned the shared spaces and bedrooms to create a place where everybody can share memorable moments with other people.

This house also has a dedicated space for children, where they can play together and have fun.

A fully redesigned environment

With the creative touch of our chief designer, Lionel Jadot, our design studio has completely redesigned the layout of the bedrooms and common spaces while upgrading the furniture and the materials. This is how we see a next-level coliving experience.

Fully furnished with reusable and high-quality furniture, the living room is the perfect place to relax. If you’re a music lover, you can enjoy the wireless sound system in all the common spaces.

The kitchen is top of the range and fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and essential appliances to prepare succulent dishes altogether.

Welcome to our en-suite bedrooms

The en-suite bedrooms are very spacious and bright, with a large bed and quality mattress. All the furniture has been redesigned by our team and custom integrated to have a final product that is both premium and comfortable.

We’ve also appealed to Belgian craftsmen for some of the furniture, such as Tanguy Flameng. The results are these wallpaper doors that look like the seabed, reshaped by the currents, always clear, always changing.

All the bathrooms have 2 lighting systems (direct and indirect) creating 2 different atmospheres. Wall-mounted overhead shower and hand shower with water controllers. The bathrooms also have heated towel rails, hairdryers, and magnifying mirrors.

Everything included

To achieve this unique experience, we’ve removed all the pain-points of traditional shared housing. We are offering an all-in living experience. From 3 months to a year, our leases include all bills (internet, water, heating, and more) and all services:

• Bedsheets & towels
• Weekly room cleaning
• Indoor farms
• Monthly events
